  • Call, email, or stop in to schedule an appointment. Dr. Mitch will perform a comprehensive exam with necessary x-rays to determine next steps.

  • Paperwork will need to be completed when you arrive. Necessary x-rays will be taken, and Dr. Mitch will complete a clinical evaluation. Treatment needs and solutions will be presented and discussed together to determine a treatment plan. Further consultation or financial arrangements can be reviewed if needed.
