MEET DR. MITCH SPLINTER
Dr. Mitch grew up in Dickeyville, Wisconsin, in the southwest corner of the state. His first connection to Westby was simply passing through town on his way to UW-La Crosse for college. He has always loved the Driftless Area and knew he wanted to make his way back to this part of Wisconsin. He never imagined that his path would eventually lead to owning a dental practice right here in Westby.
He earned his DDS degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry. Dentistry is constantly evolving, and Dr. Mitch enjoys staying current with new techniques, technology, and research to continue providing the best care possible for his patients.
Dr. Mitch was drawn to dentistry because it brings together science, healthcare, technology, and creativity. Every patient and every tooth presents a different challenge, and he enjoys finding thoughtful solutions that help people achieve a healthy, confident smile.
Outside of the office, Dr. Mitch spends his time with his wife, Jalissa, and their miniature dachshund, Rooney. They enjoy spending time with their families, working out, and traveling whenever the opportunity arises.
As the owner of Westby Modern Dentistry, Dr. Mitch is excited to care for the Westby community. His priority is to make every patient who walks into the office feel comfortable, listened to, and confident. He is dedicated to providing high-quality, modern dental care while building relationships with his patients that last for years to come.
