Financing Options

  • We partner with Cherry Financing to reduce the financial barrier to receive dental care. They provide payment plans to break up the cost of treatment and allow you flexibility with your money.

Dental Insurance

  • We are contracted as an in-network provider for Delta Dental Premier.

  • We are out-of-network for all other dental insurances. However, you can still be seen at our office, and we will gladly submit claims to your insurance. Having out-of-network insurance does not prevent you from being seen at our office, and your insurance company may cover portions of the treatment. Patients are responsible for any balance remaining after the insurance company has paid their portion.

  • We are not an enrolled provider for Medicaid/BadgerCare/Forward Health dental insurance at this time.
